Procure two cooked lobster tails (I snagged two spiny lobster tails from Bristol Farms). Split lengthwise (the fishmonger at Bristol had already done this). Also: 1/3 pound cooked lump crab meat. One packet Old Bay Classic Crab Cake seasoning mix. 1/3 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup melted butter.
Remove the lobster meat from one side of each tail. Mix with the mayo, the crab cake seasonings, and the melted butter. Stuff the empty side of the lobster tail, allowing the mix to cover the undisturbed lobster meat on the other side.
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
Serve with saffron rice, peas, and a nice Chardonnay.
