Verdelho (Hunter Valley) 2004: An interesting version of this Portugese variety. Citrus, tangerine, and mango. Grade: B
Sauvignon Blanc (Adelaide Hills) 2004: Classic SB flavors. Passion fruit, grass, and gooseberry. Yummy. Grade: B++
Chardonnay (Adelaide Hills) 2004: Red apple and stone fruits. Clean and tasty. Grade: A--
Chardonnay (Hunter Valley) 2003: Pear and apple. Moderate oak. Soft. Grade: B+
Shiraz (Hunter Valley) 2002: Very peppery. Brambles, barnyard, wild berry. A bit rustic for my taste. Grade: B
Shiraz (Barossa Valley) 2003: Berries and cherries. Vanilla oak. Truffles. Delicious. Much more refined than the Hunter Valey offering. Grade: A-
Cabernet Sauvignon (Margaret Valley) 2002: Refined. Cassis and cedar flavors. Very fine. Grade: A-
