Paraduxx is owned by Duckhorn, one of our favorite wineries. In 2007, it was a blend of 78% Zinfandel, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and 1% Cabernet Franc. Oddly, however, for me the dominant flavor association was a cherry-chocolate that I associate with Merlot. Plus pepper, spice, and toasty oak. Grade: B/B+
