I've sent out Reforming LIBOR: Wheatley versus the Alternatives to about a dozen law reviews via Expresso or Scholastica, but most of the top 50 or so law reviews are not accepting publications at this time. Anybody got reliable information on when the bulk will start accepting submissions?
