Obama's drone memos and the left's pillorying of John Yoo

Apparently the Obama administration has internal legal memoranda justifying the use of drones to assassinate American terrorist suspects, perhaps including on US soil. If and when those memos see the light of day, will the leftists who pilloried John Yoo over the so-called torture memos give him an apology? I can see a moral argument for enhanced interrogation at times, but using drones to kill noncombatant Americans on US soil without due process is beyond the pale. If someone has written memos justifying such killings, their travails need to make what happened to Yoo look like a walk in the park.
