Obama is running into political difficulty because he's selling the middle class a pain sandwich--more taxes in exchange for more health care cuts.
I think that's exactly right. Those of us in the middle class with health insurance and doctors we like see nothing in ObamaCare that would improve our situation and only the serious risk of ever-increasing taxes and rationing.
