Press reports indicate that the Democrats are going back to the possibility of using reconciliation to ram health care (possibly even including the "public option") through the Senate with just 51 votes. If they do that, however, what's to prevent a future GOP-dominated Congress and White House from using reconciliation to repeal the damned thing? So if the Democrats do resort to reconciliation, people like CPAC ought to insist that the Republicans commit to repealing Obamacare via reconciliation at the earliest opportunity.
