Repeal Dodd-Frank?

President Obama today criticized GOP talk about repealing Dodd-Frank. While some Dodd-Frank reforms make sense, there is certainly much in the Act that at the very least needs a second look. Yet, just as with Obamacare, it's hard to see how you get repeal past a Democrat filibuster in the Senate and a Presidential veto. Instead, the GOP ought to be looking at defunding some aspects of Dodd-Frank through the budgetary process.
