The Delaware Senate, in a Special Session held yesterday, confirmed the Delaware Governor's reappointment of Vice Chancellor Leo Strine, Jr. for another 12-year term on the Delaware Court of Chancery. Here is a story in the local paper. Here is a post I did earlier with the back story.
