Delaware lawyer and blogger Francis Pileggi's annual roundup of the top Delaware corporate and commercial law developments is a tremendously useful reminder for those of us who make our living watching Delaware law from afar. This year's post is here. I'm reviewing it to see if there are any casebook worthy opinions on the list. There's a couple of Strine cases that might make the list if they weren't so damned long! It's just too hard to edit a 100 page opinion down to 5-7 casebook pages!
