John Carney takes Senator Kirstin Gillibrand to task for her incredibly flawed bill purporting (but utterly failing) to ban Congressional insider trading, kindly citing yours truly at several points.
Update: Gillibrand is now claiming that the wording was a "technical" error that will be fixed. Plausible, I guess, given the bill's sloppiness with conjunctions. Maybe they meant "or" instead of "and."
