Eliot "Luv Guv" Spitzer appears to have lost his bid for public office (and rehabilitation), losing the NYC controller Democrat primary. The astonishing thing is that 48% of New York City voters were either so stupid or so utterly lacking in moral sensibility as to vote for the sleazy bastard.
